Feature:
1. Hold the tool, and place the target granting plants in the horizontal indication line.
2. Press with the thumb to get the plants cut in fixed and good angle.
3. Dock the upper and lower plants with the angles to be cut, and then use pipe for a cover to complete the grafting.
4. To give a trial of the tender-branch plants with the diameter less than 9mm.
